The Skoda Superb Estate will cost from 17,715 when it goes on sale on February 26.

Prices for the Superb Estate S with a 123bhp 1.4-litre TSI petrol engine start at 17,715, while the range-topping 256bhp 3.6 VR6 4x4 Elegance model will cost 29,075.

Three trims, six engines
Buyers will be able to choose between S, SE and Elegance trim and six engines: three petrols and three diesels.

Prices are up by 1050 compared with the hatchback model in S trim, and 1200 for SE and Elegance models.

Equipment and options
Additional features on the estate include roof rails, a removable LED torch and lights for the loadbay built into the tailgate. SE and Elegance cars will also have a load partition and boot tethering system fitted as standard.

Optional extras include an electrically operated tailgate with an automatically retractable parcel shelf, and a boot floor that pulls out to protect the rear bumper from scuffs and scratches.

Buyers can also specify an electrically operated panoramic sunroof and a keyless entry and start system.
