The Volkswagen Passat is now available with two new trim levels: Executive and Executive Style.
They arrive as part of a scaling down of the Passat model line-up, as they replace the top three specifications: Highline, Sport and R-Line.
Executive trim sits just above the entry-level S and Bluemotion models. It comes with dual-zone climate control, automatic lights and wipers, self-dimming rear mirror, cruise control and front and rear parking sensors. Outside, there are 17-inch alloy wheels, chrome exterior details and black roof rails on the Estate.
Executive also gets all the equipment offered on the S model (DAB digital radio, USB and iPhone connections, Bluetooth, touch-screen sat-nav and leather upholstery). The front seats are also heated, while the driver's seat is electrically adjustable.
The additions to the Executive Style are mainly visual, with bi-xenon headlights, front fog lights, tinted rear glass and 18-inch alloy wheels. The sports suspension also sits 15mm lower than the standard setup.
Both Executive and Executive Style models are available to order now, with prices starting at £22,545 and £23,540 respectively.
