Audi A4 Allroad 45 TFSI 265 Quattro Vorsprung 5dr S Tronic Review

The model
Read full reviewThe Audi A4 Allroad is a really comfortable estate car that comes with pokey engines that are quiet and smooth to match the rest of the car. It's also very well equipped and has great resale values for an estate car, but you have to balance that with it being more expensive than the regular A4 Avant. It's also no more practical, and indeed, if practicality is something you need, there are better options.
get the best priceThe trim
See full equipmentWe wouldn't necessarily spend even more on the Vorsprung trim because it really ramps up the price, but it does come with a lot of kit for the money. This includes 19in black alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, nappa leather seat (and extended leather onto the dashboard), heated rear seats, Matrix adaptive LED headlights, adaptive dampers, electric front seats, wireless phone charging, a B&O stereo, a 360-deg camera, blind spot monitoring, traffic sign recognition, a head-up display and adaptive cruise control.
The engine
See full engine specsThis is the only option if you don't want a diesel but it's a brilliant engine. It's a 261bhp four-cylinder 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol and, although it's not quite as punchy low down as the diesels, it's got more than enough shove to ease you along in any circumstance. It’ll also dispatch 0-62mph in just 5.8sec and it's super smooth when you rev it out, but officially it averages around 34mpg.
