The Audi A5 Coupé is comfortable, quiet and very classy inside. It could be a little more exciting to drive (a BMW 4 Series is better in this respect), but it's still an incredibly rounded car – especially if you opt for the 40 TFSI petrol in entry-level Sport trim.get the best price
Trim: Black Edition
Based on S line trim but gets even bigger 20in alloys along with extra styling enhancements. However, unless you really love the look, we wouldn’t bother – it pushes up the price considerably.
Engine: 45 TFSI Quattro
Doesn't feel as quick as you might imagine because you need to rev it harder that the diesels. We'd go for the almost identically priced 3.0 TDI 218, or better still the cheaper 40 TFSI petrol. Comes with four-wheel drive as standard.
