Read full reviewIf you’re looking for an upmarket estate car with a big boot and enough off-road ability to get you out of a mildly tricky spot, the Audi A6 Allroad is a good choice. It’s a comfortable, quiet and high-tech estate that feels beautifully built. However, if you don’t need such rugged looks or the ability to leave the Tarmac, the regular A6 Avant is just as impressive, and it’s available with quattro four-wheel drive if you want it. For those who don’t live at the end of a rutted lane, we reckon the regular A6 Avant remains better value.
