Review

The Audi A6 Avant is a comfortable, quiet and technologically advanced estate that's beautifully built. A BMW 5 Series Touring is better to drive and has a more user-friendly infotainment system, though.

Based on S line driven, but adds some bespoke styling touches and even bigger 20in alloys.

This 3.0-litre V6 diesel generates a huge amount of shove from relatively low revs. It's effortlessly quick on the move, so is worth considering if you have deep pockets.
