The model
Read full reviewThere’s an awful lot to like about the Audi Q4 Sportback e-tron. It’s a comfortable, classy choice with a good range if you opt for a 40 model. However, the regular Q4 is available with a big battery for far less and has a bit more rear head room to boot. If you’re not so worried about the emblem on the nose of your car, we’d urge you to look at the Skoda Enyaq as well, because it’s similar in a lot of respects.
The trim
See full equipmentThis limited-run model is based on S line trim, but adds electrically adjustable front seats, leather upholstery, a black exterior styling pack and paddles behind the steering wheel that let you quickly change the level of energy recuperation.
The engine
See full engine specsUnlike with the regular Q4, there’s no big battery rear-drive 40 model. That means you’ll need the twin motor 295bhp 50 to get the most range from your Sportback. 0-62mph takes 6.2sec, so performance is brisk but not electrifying, while range jumps up to a useful 308 miles.
