The model
Read full reviewThe Audi TT is great to drive and easy to live with, as shown by its seriously impressive What Car? Awards track record. We reckon the cheaper versions (in particular the 40 TFSI Sport) make the most sense, though.
get the best priceThe trim
See full equipmentWe’d go for entry-level Sport trim, which gets you air-conditioning, faux suede and leather seats, 18in alloy wheels, power-folding door mirrors, keyless start, cruise control, heated front seats, a 12.3in digital display (Virtual Cockpit), an auto-dimming rear-view mirror, xenon headlights, a front armrest and automatic lights and wipers. If you want climate control add the Plus Pack, which also comes with privacy glass.
The engine
See full engine specsThe 45 TFSI option feels fast at virtually any revs and will crack 60mph in less than six seconds. Available with front or four-wheel drive, but the latter delivers better traction – especially in greasy conditions.
