See full equipmentThe M Sport Pro Edition effectively gets all the goodies that come on the standard M Sport cars, plus 19in wheels, blacked out exterior trim, sports seats, M seat belts, sun protection glass, an M leather steering wheel, BMW individual aluminium interior trim, an M Sport braking system, adaptive M suspension, variable sport steering and an M Sport differential (the latter only coming as standard on 330d models).

See full engine specsThis plug-in hybrid model can run on electric power alone for around 30 miles and the battery takes 6 hours to charge from empty if you plug into a regular domestic three-pin socket, which falling to an official 3hrs 36min if you plug into a proper electric car charging point using the optional type 2 lead. There's also a 2.0-litre petrol engine to take care of your longer journeys and with both power sources working together, acceleration is really brisk.
