See full equipmentM Sport trim comes with plenty of standard goodies, including 18in alloys, leather seats (heated in the front), cruise control and climate control. We’d recommend forking out extra for adjustable lumbar support, but none of the option packs is exactly a ‘must have’.

See full engine specsThis fuel-sipping diesel feels more muscular than the 420i from low revs and is boosted by mild hybrid technology. Pricier to buy than the petrol and not as keen to rev, though.
