The What Car? Leasing site really suits us because it is only available to franchised main dealers and we have our own, protected, territory whilst being visible and promoted across the UK. We are supported by a What Car? Sales manager who visits regularly for feedback and to provide analysis of our current performance in terms of both advertised deals and new leads. All this is backed up by a super-efficient and friendly admin team who respond quickly to requests for new deals to be posted and proactively ask for special promotions that are sent out to the customer database regularly. Each quarter new derivatives spreadsheets are sent to us to complete with all our contract hire deals. As soon as we can return them, the team load them onto the website and they are active and available for customers to see straight away. Where customers from outside our area don’t have a local Audi centre signed up with What Car? Leasing, their enquiries are distributed and added to our own enquiry lists. We can use the website that we use to load our own deals if we wish – particularly useful for advertising cars that we have in stock or different options and the deals can be scheduled to start and / or finish on specific dates (great for quarterly rate changes). The website that customers visit automatically promotes us as their local Audi Centre if they are in our area over Centres from other areas, whether or not they are cheaper.
