Just how does alcohol affect you? To find out you can take part in an exclusive What Car? test to discover the full effects of alcohol on a drivers capabilities.
The tests, which will be used to form a feature for What Car?, will be conducted by TRL, world leaders in transport research. All driving will be done at TRLs Berkshire base, using its advanced driving simulator.
Participants will first be required to take part in an alcohol-free drive, before retaking the driving tests after drinking an increasing amount of alcohol that takes them to the proposed lower drink-drive limit and then to the current legal limit.
The research will take place this Wednesday January 26, 2011. Youll need to arrive at TRL for 10am.
Participants must be over 18 and will not be able to drive home for obvious reasons.
