The Grand C-Max has commendable ride and handling, but doesn’t do enough in other areas to lead the classread the full model review
This is our favoured trim, although you’re going to want to add a few extras. It comes with rear parking sensors, alloy wheels, air-con, heated windscreen and side mirrors, lumbar adjustment, a DAB radio, a USB input, Bluetooth and a space-saver spare tyre. You’ll want to add the 8.0in touchscreen with sat-nav.
We haven’t driven this engine in the C-Max but, from our experience in the Focus, it’s a sweet-revving unit that’s quite fun and refined, albeit needs working quite hard to get good performance from it.
