This entry-level 2.0-litre is the best choice for business users. Benefit-in-kind (BIK) payments will be much lower than the bigger engines, although it’s brisk rather than fast - there are quicker hot hatches out there. On the road, it doesn’t feel as flexible as the 3.0 340 and the anodyne exhaust noise disappoints. If you are a private buyer, we’d recommend upgrading to the V6. An automatic gearbox with rear-wheel drive is the only drivetrain available.
