The Mercedes V-Class offers decent luxury and space, but it’s too expensive to buy and not that great to drive, so – as is the case with its van-based rivals – we’d recommend sticking with an MPV without commercial vehicle roots. The Marco Polo, meanwhile, offers true campervan luxury, but its high price makes it difficult to recommend.
