Although the ASX is well equipped and has a decent enough infotainment system, there are too many areas in which it is poor for us to recommend it. Despite soft springing, it isn’t particularly comfortable on badly surfaced roads, while the engine's inflexible power delivery makes driving the ASX hard work at times.
