Thirty-odd grand sounds like a lot for something you’ll only ever use for a couple of hours on a Sunday, but that said, there are quite a few cars out there that have similar constraints that cost much more. Not many of them are as enjoyable as this, either. You’ll get an average of around 30mpg, too.
Morgan 3 Wheeler quality & reliability
You’ll find no squidgy surfaces or deftly-engineered switchgear in the 3 Wheeler; it’s not that sort of car. Everything is basic and functional, but it all feels pretty solidly assembled as well. Morgan reliability is something of an unknown quantity, but with the Three-Wheeler being so basic, there’s very little to go wrong.
Morgan 3 Wheeler safety & security
It’s not good news here. There are no driver aids to keep you going in the right direction, and not much bodywork to keep you from harm if you overdo it, never mind any airbags. Security kit is in woefully short supply, too. The absence of a roof means anyone can get in, and an engine immobiliser needs to be added as an option.
