Overall

Features
The padding, straps and fabrics are all comfortable, but the seat is fairly broad and doesn't come with a close-fitting headrest as standard. There are four reclining positions, however, and it's easy to make the adjustment.

Ease of operation
Some of the access behind the seat to feed the belt is a little tight, but the routing itself is simple and direct. There's then an excellent ratchet system to get the seat fitted securely. Hooks hold the harness straps out of the way while you're putting your child in and it only takes a second to adjust the harness to one of its three height settings

Buying
Widely available online, you can easily knock at least 30 off the already reasonable asking price.

Quality
A few threads can catch in the fabric, but there's an overall feeling of solidity to the Priori XP. The fabrics, padding, straps and plastic are all strong.

Special features
Special mention should be made of the Maxi-Cosi instructions and website. The user material you get with the seat is very clear and easy to follow and is bolstered by excellent supplementary video information online.
