Citroen revises C2, C3 and C3 Pluriel
* Trim levels simplified * Engine range modifications * Prices to rise to reflect improve kit levels...
Citroen has revised its C2, C3 and C3 Pluriel ranges, tweaking the models and changing the trims.
C2
The C2 gets a new radiator grille, a one-piece bumper, and four trims: Vibe, Rhythm, VTR and VTS.
The entry price for the C2 has risen by 800, with the base 1.1-litre Vibe model starting from 8795, but standard equipment has also improved - an MP3 input socket is now standard across the range.
C3 Pluriel
The C3 Pluriel range is now available in two trims: Cote d'Azur and the Code special edition.
In addition, the C3 is now available with a 70bhp 1.4-litre diesel, costing 14,395, which is 1165 more than the 1.4i Pluriel.
Other changes to the C3 Pluriel include revised front and rear lights, a metallic front grille and aluminium-effect roof arches. Cruise control is now standard, too.
The rest of the C3 Pluriel range remains unchanged.
C3
The C3 hatchback will now be available in three trims: Vibe, Rhythm and Exclusive.
A 92bhp 1.6-litre diesel is now available for the C3. It emits 118g/km of carbon dioxide and prices start from 11,895.
Stop-start technology can also be specified on Rhythm models.
