Deal of the Day: Audi A4 Allroad
Save more than 7400 on the Audi A4 Allroad 2.0 TDI 177 quattro...
The new Audi A4 is another executive saloon launching this year, and it will be up against the Jaguar XE, BMW 3 Series and Mercedes-Benz C-Class. We’ve driven a pre-production version of it, and you can read our review of it here.
The estate version is on the way, too, and will make its debut at the Frankfurt motor show in September. With the current model on the way out, there are some good discounts available online, and we’ve found more than £7000 off the off-road version of the A4 Avant.

This entry-level A4 Allroad has a refined 2.0-litre diesel engine that balances good pulling power with decent fuel economy and some added off-road ability over the standard A4 Avant.
We’ve said that the price hike over the Avant is hard to justify, but with this discount the Allroad undercuts even the entry-level Avant’s list price, making it a tempting alternative to a conventional SUV.
Other estates are better to drive, and this diesel engine might be refined, but it isn’t as smooth as others in the range.
Should I add any options?
Three-zone climate control, front and rear electric windows, rear parking sensors, a 10-speaker stereo and automatic lights and wipers come as standard, as do 18in alloys and a storage pack with additional nets and compartments.
Options available include luxuries like rear seat entertainment (£1050), digital TV reception (£825) and an upgraded stereo (£535), as well as a host of different interior trim options priced from £410 to £3140. Adaptive cruise control costs £900.
Anything else I should know?
The quoted price includes a £2500 finance deposit contribution which is conditional upon you taking out a finance deal. If buying in cash, this A4 costs £27,745.
