The Ford Focus ST is the current What Car? Hot Hatch of the Year.
It received the accolade thanks to a combination of sharp steering and handling, and a 247bhp turbocharged petrol engine that takes the ST from 0-62mph in just 6.5 seconds.
With figure-hugging sports seats and ST badging throughout the cabin, the hot Focus sounds the part as well.
Another compelling factor is the Focus ST's price a starting point of 21,995 makes it cheaper than many of its rivals.
