Mercedes-AMG E63 S Estate side

The new Mercedes-AMG E 63 Estate offers stunning pace, all-weather ability and practicality. And anyone worried that the switch to four-wheel drive would make it less engaging than its predecessor can rest easy; there’s even a Drift mode that lets you temporarily turn it back into a rear-wheel-drive car if you see fit.

The only real downside is the price – Β£81,130 (or Β£90,490 for the E 63 S) is a huge amount in anyone’s book. But if that’s not a deal breaker, few cars offer such a wide range of talents.
