BMW X4 vs Porsche Macan

Our verdict

Those looking for a stylish and fast premium SUV that’s good to drive could do a lot worse than the BMW X4. It’s great to drive, is fairly practical and comes with an extremely generous standard kit list.

Unfortunately for the X4, the Porsche Macan is even better and just edges the win. It might not be as well equipped or as spacious in the back, but it’s even better to drive, more refined, has a plusher interior and will cost you less to own over three years.
