Volkswagen launches Polo Match

Volkswagen has launched a Match version of the VW Polo supermini, with more kit and a lower price than the Moda and SE trims it replaces.

The Match combines the standard kit from Moda and SE cars which VW says is worth 650 for 215 less than the trims it replaces.

Standard equipment for the Match includes 15-inch alloys, front foglights and tinted rear windows. Theres also air-conditioning, a multi-device interface (MDI) with MP3-player connectivity, remote central locking and electrically adjustable door mirrors

There's a choice of two petrol engines and one diesel, each available with either three- or five door versions. The 1.4-litre is also available with Volkswagens DSG semi-auto twin-clutch transmission.

VW is offering a year's free insurance and three-year (or 30,000-mile) free servicing for Polo Match buyers who buy through Volkswagens Solutions PCP finance package.
