The model
Read full reviewLooks the part, has a great interior and is decent to drive. Some rivals are cheaper or can go farther between charges, but the e-208 is still a fine all-rounder.
The trim
See full equipmentEntry-level Active Premium+ trim makes sense if you have a tight budget to stick to; it gives you automatic air conditioning, rain-sensing wipers, rear parking sensors, sat-nav and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. We recommend spending a little more for Allure Premium+, though.
The engine
See full engine specsThe 1.5 BlueHDi diesel offering has 99bhp and plenty of low-down torque, making it even punchier than the PureTech 100 petrol. It’s not as refined as the petrol engines, but if you cover lots of miles each year this is the engine that’ll suit you best.
