The Kamiq is a breath of fresh air in the small SUV class. It’s bigger and classier inside than either the Seat Arona or the Volkswagen T-Cross, more comfortable and has some really clever features to help take the stresses out of modern family life. Overall, we prefer the nimbler Ford Puma's package that includes more agile handling, but that shouldn't stop the Kamiq featuring high up on your shopping list.get the best price
Trim: Monte Carlo
As well as everything that the SE trim has, Monte Carlo offers a sportier look with black roof rails, red interior detailing, ambient interior lighting, full LED headlights and a panoramic sunroof. Like the SE L, you also get a 9.2in infotainment system with sat-nav, digital instruments, privacy glass, power-folding door mirrors, a height-adjustable passenger seat and front-seat lumbar adjustment.
Engine: 1.0 TSI
This more powerful and more expensive 113bhp version of the 1.0-litre petrol engine shaves just over a second off the official 0-62mph time (9.9sec) and gains you a sixth gear for more relaxed motorway cruising. It's definitely worth considering.
