This is the sportiest guise of the Yaris Cross, with GR Sport-specific 18in alloy wheels and sportier styling.
The engine
The Yaris Cross isn’t the fastest small SUV out there, but its hybrid technology makes it one of the most efficient. Besides, the electric motor does make the Yaris Cross quick off the line and the engine has enough grunt to accelerate you up to motorway speeds, albeit with plenty of accompanying noise.
