Stepping up to Inscription brings an even higher level of cabin quality helped by a leather stitched dash, finer Nappa-leather seats, and ambient cabin lighting. You also get a larger 12.3in digital instrument cluster, bigger 18in alloy wheels, keyless entry and electric front seats.
The least powerful engine in the range, but it still gives a decent turn of speed. It picks-up well from low revs, and the healthy mid-range shove gives you plenty of oomph on the motorway. There’s not too much engine noise when you rev it, and the standard eight-speed auto changes smoothly, although it sometimes hesitates initially as you accelerate.
