Review

The Volvo XC60 looks and feels classy inside, plus it's also roomy and well equipped. In short, it's a fine choice – especially in entry-level Momentum trim. The Audi Q5 is a better all-rounder, though, while the BMW X3 and Porsche Macan are more fun to drive.

Available exclusively with the T6 plug-in hybrid, this trim level is well worth considering because it keeps the price respectable.

The plug-in hybrid T6 engine delivers a stout 345bhp, a sub-six second 0-62mph time and a useful electric-only range of up to 48 miles.
