    My car

It is a fantastic car to drive - real driver's car - real head turner - very responsive with excellent handling - given a few 'white van men' & ' boy racers' a fright from the traffic lights.

Very comfortable driving position and centre console apart from the odd positioning of the heated seat switch which I regularly turn on inadvertently with my arm resting on the console and only realise this when my rear end is on fire.

As all comments I have read, fuel economy is disappointing even when driven sensibly - but then you can't have everything and something has to give.

I found it difficult to get one a few months ago and was quoted a waiting list of six months but I believe they are more readily available now and are beginning to appear in second hand adverts.

I was previously a die hard Audi fan and never owned anything other than them - but are now converted to the RX-8 big time. Go for it!!!

    My car

This car looks good, is excellent value and is a very very good drive.

It proved its stability and excellent behaviour out on the track at Prodrive.

There are few reasons for complaint, the main one being the heavy fuel consumption. Secondly, better planning of interior storage using door and seat storage space more effectively would be advantageous.

Thirdly, as the oil checks are deemed to be so important, it would be helpful to make the dipstick easier to reach and more easily readable.

I also find the absence of a rear screen wiper a bit of a nuisance too.

    My car

What a car! Just had my new red one for a month, and it is everything you could wish for.

It looks fantastic (a real head turner) has a glorious rasping engine note and grips better than a leach.

The dealership (Hendy Mazda, Winchester) were very helpfull on all counts and made the buying experience one of the best I have come across.

I have lost count of the number of people who have stopped me to ask about the door layout(Yes it really can seat four adults).

The inside of the cabin is a practical joy and the sound system (bose) is awsome. It's worth considering some extras you can have, for me the racing car fuel filler looks the biz.

Forget your everywhere Audi TT, give this Mazda a really hard look, it really does make a very different alternative.

    My car

I have owned this car for nine months now and firstly can I say WOW this car is amazing. I mean it's absolutely stunning to look at.

The drive is awesome, I find myself driving around just because I love it so much. It also attracts quite a lot of attention, which is always a good thing. The fuel comsumption isn't bad, it gets better with age. Mine is now up to 25-28mpg, which for this car is worth it.

If there is anyone out there who is thinking whether or not they can afford to buy and run this car, you can! Mazda are so reliable and this is a bargain priced car, and although the mpg is not great what do you expect for a sports car and I mean 26mpg is not bad, if you have any doubts dont hesitate just buy one!
