Boot capacity - Most manufacturers quote boot capacities in cubic feet or, like What Car?, in litres.
The figure given usually refers to load space up to the parcel shelf. If the rear seats fold down, a second figure shows how much space there is when they are stowed.
However, the quoted figures will include all the nooks and crannies in a boot that may be of little practical use, so check the boot meets your needs.
