Tom Evans is a journalist and publisher with more than 25 years’ experience, and has been senior consulting editor at What Car? and its sister title Autocar since 2017.
He was previously a managing editor at MSN UK, with responsibility for MSN Cars and MSN Money, helping them become two of MSN’s most popular channels.
Earlier in his career he was online manager at Pearson Television (now known as Fremantle), where he oversaw the development and management of websites for popular TV shows, including The Bill, Baywatch, and Neighbours. He also worked at NTL Group (now known as Virgin Media), working on interactive TV projects.
In his current position he manages the syndication activities of Autocar and What Car?, delivering content to third-party platforms, apps, and services.
Tom studied history at University College, London, before obtaining a post-graduate diploma in periodical journalism at the University of Westminster.
