You may have fallen for the DS No 8's unique style, but, other than its competitive range and generous boot space, there are few objective reasons to buy one. The similarly priced BMW i4 is both more comfortable and more enjoyable to drive, while the Tesla Model 3 is also dynamically superior, has a better safety rating, outstrips the No 8 for practicality, build quality, performance and charging speed, and yet costs considerably less.
