The Hyundai Inster is a great little electric car that offers a comfortable ride, a competitive price tag and a choice of two battery options, both with good ranges. We think it's a great choice for buyers, especially those looking for practical urban runaround. We’d go for the 02 trim because it’s much more versatile than entry-level 01.
The trim
Entry-level 01 trim covers all the basics, giving you climate control, a heat pump and keyless entry and start, among other things.
The engine
With a 39kWh battery and 95bhp, the entry-level car is more suited to those living in cities than those going further afield. Even so, it should travel up to 203 miles between charges.
