The Mercedes EQB is a practical seven-seat electric car that's competitively priced against its main electric SUV rivals. It's not the most comfortable choice out there though, and interior quality could be better. We recommend going for the front-wheel-drive 250+ version because of its long official range and sticking with the entry-level Sport Executive trim.
The trim
We’re not sure this trim is worth the extra over AMG Line because the only useful extra it gets is wireless phone-charging. It also gets a panoramic glass roof, keyless entry and an upgraded sound system, but the bigger 19in alloys it has run the risk of giving the EQB a harsh ride.
