The Skywell BE11 is nowhere near good enough for an electric SUV of this price. It suffers from poor refinement, a fidgety ride and wayward handling, plus it's slow to charge, the infotainment system is frustrating and you don't get much safety kit. All of this means it's impossible to recommend the BE11 over any of its rivals.
The trim
The BE11 comes with 19in alloy wheels, LED headlights, wireless phone-charging, ambient interior lighting, front and rear parking sensors, a 360-degree reversing camera, part-leather seats, a panoramic sunroof and an electrically operated tailgate as standard.
The engine
All versions of the BE11 are powered by a single 201bhp electric motor, which means it can go from 0-62mph in 9.6 seconds. It also has a top speed of 93mph.
