T - Towing weight

Towing weight - Kerb weight is what your car weighs, whereas the maximum towing weight is the most it is capable of pulling. It is not safe to exceed this limit, and doing so would invalidate your insurance.
From a safety point of view, your trailer's maximum laden weight should not exceed your car's kerb weight, even if the maximum towing figure suggests that it could pull more.
