The Audi RS5 Cabriolet has been unveiled ahead of its public debut at the 2012 Paris motor show. It's Audi's most powerful RS convertible model yet and goes on sale in spring 2013.
The Audi RS5 Cabriolet is a soft-top version of the RS5 Coupe , which was face-lifted earlier this year.
Power comes from the same naturally aspirated 4.2-litre V8 petrol, which develops 444bhp and 317lb ft of torque. Four-wheel drive and a seven-speed S tronic twin-clutch transmission are standard.
Cosmetic changes compared with lesser A5 Cabriolet models include bespoke wheels and bumpers, wider wheelarches and a rear spoiler. Inside, there's a flat-bottomed steering wheel, and bespoke seats and materials.
We expect the RS5 Cabriolet to cost around £62,000 when it goes on sale next year.
