There’s no ignoring it, the Ferrari 458 Italia costs an absolute bomb, both to buy and run. If you’re wealthy enough to even consider buying one, though, you won’t care about that whatsoever. In fact, you’ll probably be raring to get your hands on the options list to start ticking. You’ll have plenty to choose from, too.
The good thing about the 458, though, is that it’s worth every penny of the price. The engine provides drama by the bucket-load thanks to the performance it gives and the noise it makes. The handling is even better – it grips, turns and stops like you wouldn't believe, while the steering is sharp and amazingly quick. Even the ride is pretty good.
The thing about great cars, though, is that they’re very popular, and Ferrari doesn't exactly churn dozens out by the hour. That’s why you’ll be looking at a long old wait before you can get one.
