    My car

    Its by far the worse customer service I have ever experienced myself or anyone I know. I strongly recommend against buying any Mazda, the customer service is appauling, the car is in the garage for 5 months and neither the dealer, nor Mazda UK or Mazda Europe can fix the car. Mazda is keeping silent, no information, no feed back expect a complete arrogance and lack of cutomer service from them. When you buy a car, you buy a name and a service, in this case, I will say don't even think of buying a Mazda even if they are given them for free cause my experience with Mazda is a complete nighmare.

    Mazda are so poor and so poor I cannot repeat it enough. Hope you never ever have to deal with them .
