A good little car. It's very good on fuel with a very quiet engine. Road noise is too much. It's not a fast car but nippy between 0 and 50mph.
It's good on the motorway and cruises nicely. It looks great and sporty.
The interior is cheap looking but I've had for 9 months and nothing's broken yet. The seats look good, and it has a good amount of kit.
Overall, it's a nice car but looses value quite quickly, so get good deal to start with.
(2000 REG NEW SHAPE)
This car is fun to drive and quite nippy around town.
The 'city' button makes the drive easy and when used on a regular basis makes the sporty feel even more noticeable!
For a small hatchback, the room inside makes it quite deceiving from the outside (for the better), a chunky child buggy fits easily into the boot.
I bought mine used and haven't any problems other than my motor on the power steering going faulty. Yes, the suspension is quite hard and the ride can be a bit bumpy but this car was born to be sporty not rode over cobbles by men in cardigans! This car has completely satisfied me and I wouldn't have any other model!!
After nine months and 7k miles, I noticed the car would judder when pulling off in first gear.
On inspection during it's first service the Fiat dealer informed me I would need a new clutch and fly-wheel (under warranty).
General faults are the handbrake cable, which knocks under the car when the brakes are applied. Also, the rear suspension is noisy. The passenger airbag area on dashboard pops open, and wind and road noise is terrible.
