    My car

I owned one of these for 2 years and loved it. Big comfortable cruiser ideal for long distance trips despite having the smallest engine and auto box. Not outstandingly fast but quick enough and with good economy of 34mpg on a run. Very well equiped inside with leather, cruise control, climate control, e/windows and sunroof, and very good cassette/cd changer with 8 speakers as standard. Cheap costs (being a ford) with almost Jaguar ride and comfort.

    My car

For what you pay for these executive cars they are an absolute bargain. Dual climate control, electric memory seats, sunroof (rarely get these now, why not!), cruise control, auto dim mirror, masses of space, quiet and refined, cheap parts and servicing. Obviously not as good as the modern executive cars in refinement but still better than many family cars now such as VW Passat, Mondeo, Vectras and the like. I know because I was looking to change it, until I had a test drive's of other family cars. I know its not that great to look at on the outside, but then you don't see that when you are sat in the leather luxury inside. The options that was fitted on this car new as standard are still mostly optional now on new cars 10 years later. Come on Ford build another executive RWD car, please!
