    My car

What can I say about the new Accord 2.4i? “Absolutely Excellent”. The exterior styling of the new Accord is excellent. The interior design is large and spacious and you get the feeling that you are sitting in a big expensive executive car.

The boot is also large and spacious which is always a good thing for a saloon car. Inside the cabin you have everything you could wish for, such as Sat Nav / Multi CD Changer, leather seats, heated seats, driver’s adjustable seat, air-conditioning, and steering wheel controls.

It has most of the toys you would expect on a top-of-the-range model, but it does lack some other features that a lower spec Accord has. For example on a 2.0i model you get folding mirrors and a tilt/slide sunroof. On the top of the range 2.4i model you just get heated mirrors and a slide sunroof. Very strange!

The road noise is minimal and the exterior noise is non-existent. With VSA “Vehicle Stability Assist” on some models, the car sticks to the road and drives like a dream.

On a full tank of petrol, you will get about 400 miles for the 2.4i model.

The acceleration is excellent, no more waiting round for the car to pick up speed. Put your foot down and it’s there.

Overall this is definitely a car to consider if you are looking for a not so expensive executive car with all the features. Give it a go and test drive it. I promise you will not be disappointed.
