    My car

What is left to be said, it is solid reliable (now covered over 100k between two of these and not even a bulb has blown). Good fun to drive image less so. Overall the best cars I have owned. Previous cars include Saabs, BMWs (318 and 325), Volkswagens Golf GTIs.

    My car

I purchased this three-year-old 3.0 SE with various extras (Xenon winter pack, sunroof, rear PDC etc) four months ago and have to say I am very pleased with it.

I am obtaining reasonable fuel economy (the computer reads 31mpg compared with my previous 2.0-litre Mondeo's 37mpg for the same route, and I bet it has the same electronics; checking fuel in against distance, though, equates to 28mpg).

It cruises beautifully but equally is wonderful in Sport mode on the motorway or twisting B-roads. It's a pleasure to drive and very relaxing in traffic. Boot space is constrained but we have a Focus estate for those duties!

    Buy one.

    My car

Have owned 4 Jags over the last 6 years and think this one is by far the best. Looked at the German alternatives and as far as I am concerned cannot hold a light to the Jag. Drove over to Austria in one hit (1800 miles) and got out as fresh as I had got in the car. Brilliant.

    My car

Although this is (was) my dream car, and looks beautiful, it has let me down. I bought this car from a main dealer in August this year, and it has spent more time in the garage being fixed than on the road. It is an 03 plate with 15k miles on the clock so it is virtually brand new. That said it has had every problem you can think of. The rear diff has been replaced, the steering wheel bushes replaced, the locking wheel nuts siezed and had to be drilled off, damaging the alloys, the brakes had to be replaced, the electronics in the gearbox re-mapped, the horn replaced... and the list goes on. The only reason this car gets 2 stars overall, is because of its looks, and when it does drive, it drives nicely. Sadly I will never buy a Jag again
