    My car

    This car was a disappointment.

I was expecting something much more origional and unique.

All I can say is it's the best car in its class, but it's also the only car in its class - mav, multi activity vehicle!!!

    My car

I'm puzzled by some of the negative comments on the B-Class. I currently own a Mercedes 230 SLK - with the folding roof - and frankly I dislike it strongly: it's unrefined, noisy, and the interior is very disappointing.

The B-Class, however, is superbly finished, equipped very well, extremely comfortable both in the front and the back, and I really like the styling, especially from the front three-quarter perspective. My only criticism is that the B180 CDI isn't as zippy as Mercedes would have one believe. The B200 CDI has great torque but of course is more costly.

Sure, the B-Class isn't cheap but frankly it is only a little more than a fully equipped Golf TDI, or an Audi A3 Sportback [sic] and in comparison, the B-Class looks much more contemporary, more cutting-edge. I'm not particularly concerned about its flexibility as an MPV: I am considering it simply as a car that seats five and can carry a huge amount of luggage in comfort and with style.

    My car

This review is based upon the B200CDI SE not the 150.

Although the price is rather expensive this Mercedes offers something a little different - it is a practical MPV without the bulk and size of others on the market.

I found this diesel to be responsive and refined with the added supprise of a very slick manual 6 speed box. The only disappointment for me was the actual ride quality, I found it a little harsh. As we only cover about 8k miles per year I did not view it as a problem.

As with other Mercedes the addition of optional extras causes the cost to spiral upwards. There are some nice additions available, my wife particularly liked the electric louvered panoramic roof.

My wife liked the car so much that we have ordered the above model with a few sporty extras!

    My car

According to a car in this size, the quality of the B class is impressive !! It's better than BMW 1series.

The handiling is good and the summary? It's the best car in its class.
