    My car

This is an amazing little car - mine has the semi-auto transmission which takes a bit of getting used to, but once you use the accelerator with a bit of care, quick gearchanges are no problem.

It's best to use it in manual mode on motorways when overtaking is needed - the 'E' auto setting works well in urban situations. Build quality is excellent - no doubt the Toyota influence here - and the car feels solid and capable.

The roadholding is firm and precise, but the ride is harsh over rough surfaces. The semi-auto soaks up the limited power band to a degree, but is less noticeable in the manual setting.

It's Tardis-like inside, and far bigger than the external dimensions would suggest. Also, at last there's a decent driving position in a Peugeot! Luggage space is minimal, but with the folding seats, it's not really a problem unless it is loaded with four people.

With optional extras such as air-conditioning, this is a well-specified little car which does everything a supermini should do, including very green emission credentials and amazing economy - 60mpg is the norm.

    My car

I recently test drove this car and loved it. It was quick, nimble and responsive.

The handling is good, but you do have to watch the steering. The suspension is a bit soft but the ride is comfy. The handbrake takes some getting used to and feels a bit flimsy. The clutch has a high biting point.

The styling is fantastic, and has everything a girl could ask for. The interior looks good, and the seats are comfy. I would push to get the glove box cover, as this doesn't come as standard.

I drove the five-door model and I had the car for an hour before I even realised it was a five-door, simply because the exterior styling is so good, the door handles blend in with the bodywork.

The boot is a bit small, but the seats split-fold, so its easy to pop one down to fit the shopping in. I loved this little car so much I'm off to buy one.

I've negotiated to get air-conditioning, the glove box cover and metalic paint at no extra cost. I'm also hoping to persuade the dealer to throw in the fog lights and curtain airbags, but that might be pushing it.

    Its an all-round great car.

    My car

The car is very cute and colour makes this car really funky to look at. It is very well specced for the price from the safety to the comfort equipment.

It's a little underpowered but who buys this type of car to race? It's a great town car - the steering is light and direct. The fuel never seems to run out!

My mate, who is over 5ft 11in, sits in the front passenger seat and doesn't complain.

The car feels solid and secure to be in. I can use my MP3 player in it!

The Peugeot dealership has been great. They promised the delivery within two weeks, and they made it.

Overall, it's a great car for town or commuting but it's not ideal for the motorway. It also looks better than C1 and the Aygo!

    My car

Once you have tested drove this car you fall in love with it, and with the cheap insurance, it is an ideal cheap little car. I am about to purchase one and will save £135 on my insurance.
