I absolutley love this car, its easy to drive gives you a good road view very economical on petrol. Its ideal for active lifestyles, camping, cycling, dogs etc. Ideal car for a practical outdoor person.
Suprising to see there is no review for the yaris verso so hopefully this will help would be buyers.
Much has been said about the yaris versos looks which are unusual admitedly, though this bares no reflection on the car itself.
This little car has been spot on apart from the cv joints failing which after a lot of hassle were replaced under warrenty.
The car had covered less than 20,000 miles so i found the cv joint issue a drag as the local dealers were very unhelpfull and it took ages to convince them.
Apart from this irritation the yaris has proved a good car. The little yaris verso has an incredible volume of space swallowing up a huge table and all six chairs.
Its pleasant to drive and travelled from the uk to poland and back without any issue.
Suprisingly it reached 110mph even with a full boot which is quite fast for a supermini and faster than the manufactures claims.
So if you would like a yaris but would like a more practical alternative especially for carrying things this is the best buy you could think of.
I have a used car in Japan and imported to Malta second hand. The name for Toyota Yaris Verso in Japan is 'Toyota Fun Cargo'. When arrived in Malta it had 88,000 kilometers on the clock.
I have the T3 1.3 VVTi 5 door automatic transmission, a car which I am extremely happy with. I do not agree with the overall rating regarding 'noise coming from everywhere'. In Malta we do not have the best roads, and even so the vehicle is extremely quiet.
I do not have any hesitation at all recommending it to any buyers
