    My car

I had been driving the Corsa 1.0L 12V for about 2 months, and within that time, I can say that I did enjoy the car. Unfortunately I was in a car crash and the car was classed as a write off (the chasis was bent underneath or something!)

Anyway, even though the car itself was not able to be fixed, it saved me and my friend inside very well, neither of us were hurt at all, just a bit of whiplash and bruises. Both airbags came out, and the car kept its shape well, meaning it didn't crush.

Up until the crash, the car ran very well, I loved how it handles, it was light and easy to run. The seats were also kind of low down too, which made driving it feel really nice instead of being up high. The inside is a little plain, but nothing to complain about. All the switches and knobs inside are within arm's length easily, and it was spacious in the front.

I did about 200 miles a week in the car, and it ranged between £15-£20 that I had to put in weekly. I didn't think this was great, but it was OK.

The car overall is a really nice car, it runs well, quite, and for a 1.0L 12V it was nippy too. I managed to get it to 110 down the motorway, and 0-60mph in about 14sec. Which isnt bad! There was only one problem with the car that we could find, and that was with the petrol gauge, for some reason it didnt always seem to be 100% accurate, but i could live with it.

The car is a great first car, and looks great from the outside too. I would highly reccomend it!

    My car

I'm very pleased with the 1.4 Twin-port engine, achieving an average of 42mpg.

It's great to drive in town and on the motorway.

    My car

I have the 1.8 SRi and think it is a very underrated car!

It seems a very well made car and has some nice design touches to it. Shame the interior plastics wasn't a bit nicer. The engine pulls very well and really makes this little car fly.

I'm on my third Corsa now so Vauxhall must be doing something right. Fingers crossed for the Vauxhall reliability!
