Review

There are plenty of luxury cars that make more sense, but few have the sense of occasion that you get with the Bentley Flying Spur. Flawed, but we can see why you might.

Trim: FLYING SPUR

The long list of standard equipment includes 21in alloy wheels, full Matrix LED headlights, a 10-speaker, 650-watt audio system, wi-fi and a 12.3in touchscreen infotainment system. However, it’s disappointing that you have to pay extra for automatic city braking with pedestrian recognition.

Engine: 6.0 W12

While V8 and plug-in hybrid options will follow, right now the only engine available is a 6.0-litre W12 which develops a whopping 626bhp. That's enough to get the 2.4-tonne Flying Spur from 0-60mph in just 3.7sec and onto a top speed of 207mph.
