Trim:M140i Shadow Edition
The most obvious changes over the regular M140i include dark grey wheels, a black framed grille, dark headlight surrounds and tinted rear lights. More useful are the rear parking sensors, cruise control and uprated stereo. Worth considering if you’re thinking about adding some of those things anyway.
Engine:M140i Championship Edition
The pinnacle of the petrol range – in terms of performance, at least. The M140i has a fantastic-sounding turbocharged 3.0-litre six-cylinder engine and produces effortless, sports car-troubling performance. Available with a manual or an automatic 'box, it can reach a top speed of 155mph, yet will return around 30mpg in real-world, day-to-day driving. The auto 'box is particularly effective, both for quick-fire shifts and easygoing everyday cruising.
